Drupal Developer / Consultant

Summary: Become the ninth member of a growing Drupal web-dev firm located in Austin, TX.

Skills: 3+ years of PHP/MySQL/HTML/CSS/JavaScript experience required with at least 1 year of Drupal experience. jQuery, Salesforce and systems integration experience a plus.

Role: Build Drupal community portals, ecommerce sites, subscription-based sites and back-office business web applications that launch our clients to the next level of business performance.

  1. Convert our clients' aspirations and business challenges into resounding success stories by strategically architecting, developing and maintaining Drupal-based web solutions that drive value to their bottom line.
  2. Seek to understand clients' business requirements and recommend technology solutions and development approaches that launch them to higher levels of performance.
  3. Earn 3 overjoyed client testimonials within 120 days of being hired by communicating proactively and demonstrating genuine concern for their success and satisfaction.
  4. Research best-of-breed development frameworks (e.g. Drupal, Force.com, Alfresco, HTML5/CSS3, etc.) and practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) so that our team evolves with latest trends and best practices.
