You have created resounding success stories by building superlative solutions to challenging business problems using cutting edge technologies like PHP, MySQL, jQuery and Drupal. With a voracious appetite to learn, you have mastered new frameworks such as CiviCRM, Magento and Ubercart. You have enabled Astonish Designs to become a powerhouse Drupal consultancy and have amassed a knowledgebase that can take on any problem, large or small.
Outcomes
- Architect, develop and deploy websites for our clients that run reliably, are built elegantly and are easily extendible. Complete all projects on time and within budget.
- Demonstrate mastery of Drupal within 90 days of being hired, including a solid understanding of CCK, Views, Ubercart, CiviCRM, custom module development, Drupal best practices and theming.
- Retain all clients and achieve at least 3 positive mentions from clients within 60 days of being hired by communicating proactively and responsively and demonstrating genuine concern for client success and satisfaction.
- Assist in acquiring new clients by developing accurate project estimates and schedules for sales proposals.
Competencies
- Technical mastery. Proficient in PHP, MySQL, XHTML and CSS. JavaScript and Drupal proficiency is a big plus as is server administration experience.
